Which thermal printer works?
Most Bluetooth ESC/POS thermal receipt printers, 58 mm or 80 mm, work with ZatpatBill. These usually cost ₹1,500 to ₹3,000. Not sure about your model? Message us its name on WhatsApp before buying.
Do I need a computer?
No. ZatpatBill runs on your Android phone. Connect the printer over Bluetooth and start billing.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. You need internet once to log in with your phone number (OTP). After that, billing, scanning, printing and reports all work offline.
How does the GST bill work?
Enter your GSTIN once during setup. Every bill then calculates CGST and SGST automatically, with auto-numbered invoices.
How do I track purchases and expenses?
Record what you buy from suppliers in Purchase, picking items from your catalogue or typing new ones. Rent, salary and electricity go in Expenses. Both are free.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you 100 bills a month plus purchase and expense tracking, enough for many small shops. Pro adds unlimited bills, the profit & loss dashboard, full history, advanced reports and priority support, for ₹149/month or ₹1,299/year.
How much do I save with the yearly plan?
₹1,299 a year works out to about ₹108 a month. That's 27% less than paying monthly, roughly 3 months free.
How do I pay for Pro?
